Due to the exponential growth of the Indian Insurance Industry, we experienced that there is a tremendous rise the grievances of the policyholders. As per our opinion the various existing mechanisms are not sufficient to cater the requirements of these aggrieved policyholders and there is much scope for improvement in this area.

With this noble cause, Insurance Hityarthi Claim Advisory (IHCA) provides an online platform where the aggrieved policyholders can speak out about their grievances directly to us or can contact our partners who are very much willing to help you.

Who are our Customers – If you have taken any sort of insurance policy and feels that you are not getting heard by the insurance Company, if you have been cheated by an intermediary selling any type of insurance products which you have not intended to buy, if your claim is repudiated or if there is unreasonable delay in the settlement of the claim, if you feel that you are eligible for getting refunds under the policy but Company has turned down your request, if you seek assistance in tracing out the insurance records or feels that need help to complete the insurance formalities then you are at the right door step of Insurance Hityarthi Claim Advisory (IHCA).

What we charge – Initially, you need to pay the non-refundable registration charges of Rs 500/-. Till complete redressal of the grievances, you need not pay any amount. Once the amount is credited to your account you will pay our professional fees i.e., 10% of the claim amount.
