Reply – You have to follow below mentioned steps

• Brief us regarding your grievances through phone call, whatsaap message or through e-mail
• Transfer Rs 500/- towards registration charges by crediting our Account No 50100059649411 , IFSC HDFC0000668 with HDFC Bank
• Fill the Enrolment Form and share the scanned copies with us either by Whats App or e-mail
• Share the scanned images, photos of the relevant documents related with the case with us.

Reply - Initially client has to pay Enrolment Charges of Rs 500/-. The client will be charged only if the grievance is redressed that too 10% of the claim amount.

Reply – The redressal of the grievance is depending upon the gravity of the issue. It may vary between 15 days to 6 months after enrolment.

Reply - Initially we will try to redress the grievances through the Grievance Redressal Mechanism as adopted by the Company as per IRDA Guidelines. If the issue is not resolved then the matter will be referred to the Office of Insurance Ombudsman. If issue remains unsolved then we will take the legal recourse for the redressal of the grievances.

Reply – Once your case is enrolled at our end, you will get the e-mail communications at your registered e-mail id with us as well as SMS communications at your registered mobile number with us at every stage of the case.

Reply – We won’t charge you if you refer any query for consultation.

Reply – After enrollment anytime you may withdraw your case. However, Enrollment charges paid by you are not refundable.

Reply -The insurance company should deal with all complaint within 15 days. If that does not happen or if policyholder is unhappy with the solution, he can approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Consumer Affairs Department of IRDA.

Reply – An Insurance Ombudsman is a person appointed by Government of India under the Redressal of Public Grievances Rules, 1998.
