Cashless Hospitalization – If you hold a Health Insurance Policy and the Insurance Company is denying the Cashless Facility at the time of hospitalization or the Insurance Company has not issued the Cashless Letter within the specified timeline then we will coordinate with the Insurance Company to get the Cashless facility for you.

Reimbursement of Medical Expenses – In case you have incurred the medical expenses and the Insurance Company has rejected or partially settled the Reimbursement Claim then we provide assistance in getting the claim settled as per the policy terms and conditions.

Claim Settlement Delay – If there is an unreasonable delay in the settlement of the claim by the Insurance Company beyond the stipulated timeline mentioned by IRDAI, we help in expediting the process.

Pre & Post Hospitalization – We assist in ensuring that all eligible pre and post hospitalization expenses are properly claimed and settled by the Insurance Company.
